1. Agreement scope

By creating an account or using QuoteSorted, you agree to these terms. If you use the platform on behalf of a company, you confirm authority to bind that company.

2. Service description

QuoteSorted provides a SaaS platform for profile publishing, quote generation support, booking workflows, customer communication tooling, and payment integration.

3. Account obligations

• You must provide accurate registration details and keep them up to date.
• You are responsible for account security and activity under your login.
• You must not share credentials in ways that compromise platform security.

4. Acceptable use

• No illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activity.
• No attempts to reverse engineer, disrupt, or bypass platform controls.
• No unauthorized access to another user’s data or account.

5. Customer communications and compliance

You are responsible for ensuring your use of email, SMS, and WhatsApp notifications complies with applicable marketing and communications laws and regulations.

6. Pricing and billing

• Subscription fees are billed in line with your selected plan.
• Paid features may be limited or suspended on failed payments.
• Where a free trial applies, billing starts after trial expiry unless cancelled.

7. Third-party providers

Some features depend on third-party services such as Stripe, Google Calendar, Meta WhatsApp Cloud API, and telephony/SMS providers. Their service terms also apply.

8. Data ownership

You retain ownership of your business and customer content. You grant QuoteSorted a limited license to process and store that data to deliver the service.

9. AI-generated outputs

AI features assist with drafting and structuring content. You are responsible for reviewing prices, legal terms, and customer-facing output before sending.

10. Availability and support

We aim for high service availability, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Planned and emergency maintenance may occur with reasonable efforts to minimise disruption.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for serious breach, non-payment, or security risk. You may cancel in line with your billing terms.

12. Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, QuoteSorted is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
